Congratulations to Linda Jones placing 3rd in the Top Coach Weight Loss Challenge!
Linda lost 6.5% of her body weight, 6cm around the hips & waist. Excellent results Linda you definitely set yourself a goal and stuck to it and stepped up your sessions. Well done Linda, it goes to show what you put in you get back in return. Keep it up we love seeing more of you and you are a pleasure to train.
Linda writes: “I joined the TCWLC because I needed a goal and also I thought I needed to lose a few kgs. But mostly I needed a goal and a reason to step up the exercise after not doing much over winter. I wanted to do it at a realistic pace and to be sustainable. I found late afternoons and some weekends hardest. Top Coach helped by checking in with me regularly and being encouraging. My advice would be to give it a go! Losing any weight and being more active is a bonus!”
